The following scheduling policies and professional service fees are effective: August 1, 2001
The cemetery requires a 24 hour notice on all services. Families must approve and sign our interment authorization form 24 hours prior to scheduled funeral service. Families (Lot owner or Legal Representative) must sign in person and verify the burial location at the cemetery office.
Sunday services must be completed or phoned in before 1:00 PM on Friday and the family must come into the office to make all arrangements necessary before 1:00 PM Saturday.
Any service not scheduled before 12:00 noon on Saturday must not be scheduled any earlier than 2:00 PM Monday and arrangements must be completed by 1:00 PM Sunday by the family.
Mausoleum Information:
- A casket tray is required for ALL Mausoleum entombments.
- Hardwood caskets are not recommended for Mausoleum entombments
- Embalming IS required for Mausoleum entombments
Disinterment:
- 30 day notice required
- Weekday only
- Add opening & closing costs
Must have all required permits signed by the family before scheduling a disinterment. Price does not include other charges, i.e., transportation, vault company, funeral home or cemetery to which remains are being transferred.
Holidays include:
- Christmas Day
- Easter
- Thanksgiving
- New Years Day
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Veterans Day
No services will be held on:
- Easter Sunday
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
Any service scheduled on Good Friday or Christmas eve must not be scheduled after 3:00 PM
