Euna Kinton Butler
August 31, 1917 - July 30, 2010Euna Kinton Butler, 92 of Lillington died Friday, July 30, 2010 at Brookfield Retirement Center in Lillington.
Mrs. Butler was the daughter of the late John H. and Willie Jane Gravitt Kinton and was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Thomas “Bob” Butler and a son, Allen Butler.
She was a member of Flat Branch Presbyterian Church in Bunnlevel where she was active with the Women of the Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Carol Daskal and husband, John; sons, Thomas Butler and wife Kay and Robert Butler and wife Barbara, all of Lillington; sisters, Lessie Champion of Lillington, Lora Cotton of Fuquay-Varina; brothers, Robert Kinton of Fuquay-Varina, John and Billy Kinton, both of Willow Springs; grandchildren, Kimberly Daskal Lee and husband Dewayne, Lisa Butler Bass and husband Ronnie, Ashley Butler Brossoie and husband Paul, Kristina Daskal Magyar and husband Jay, Donna Butler Hadding and husband Hap, Will Butler and wife Crystal, Don Smith and wife Linda; and 11 grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Sunday August 1, 2010 at O'Quinn Peebles Funeral Home, and other times, at the home of John and Carol Daskel. The family is using Ann's Flowers in Lillington, 910-893-9192.
Funeral services will be held at Flat Branch Presbyterian Church on Monday August 2, 2010 at 3:00 p.m., followed by burial in the church cemetery.
